Kanavu is an online platform where certain users ("Campaigners") run campaigns to raise funds for their creative and innovative projects. They raise funds by inviting contributions from other users ("Contributors" or "Funders"). Through the platform, including the website, email, and other media, the Company provides access to a variety of content, including but not limited to videos, photographs, images, artwork, graphics, audio clips, comments, data, text, software, scripts, projects, and other materials and information, along with associated trademarks and copyrightable works (collectively referred to as "Content").
The service is offered subject to your acceptance of all the terms and conditions outlined in these Terms of Use, including our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Website mentioned in this document and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published on the Site, which are incorporated by reference and may be updated by the Site without notice to you.
The Site offers various payment gateways to facilitate the transaction of funds for campaigns. Kanavu.help does not guarantee that the target funds of a campaign will be raised fully. Kanavu.help deducts its transaction fees and applicable taxes before transferring the funds to the campaigners.
For NGOs: You must be registered or approved under FCRA regulations to receive foreign donations. If not, foreign contributions will be restricted for your campaign.
Campaigners are solely responsible for any tax liabilities arising from the funds raised through Kanavu.help. These may include, but are not limited to, income tax, VAT, or service tax, as applicable.
Campaigners are solely responsible for the completion of their projects. Kanavu.help does not oversee, manage, or guarantee the completion of any project for which funds are raised.
Kanavu.help reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, cancel, interrupt, or suspend a campaign at any time and for any reason.
